How is your 2018?

Has 2018 been a bit of a mixed bag so far?

Talking around to some friends and just gauging the general vibe, it seems as though the business/career side of things as well as everything else has been a true mixture for a lot of us.

And I can say I am pretty on par with those feelings.

I have been thinking a lot about this over the last few days, and I also feel that right now, there are so many of us just stepping up to the plate fully as OURSELVES. Maybe you have played the game and done all of the things you are ‘supposed’ to do — but it hasn’t worked out how you had imagined… And now you are just done with trying to be anything other than who YOU are.

I know I am.

So this brings me to the whole point of today’s post…

Even if you have had it tough, this year isn’t over.

Even if you have had it pretty good, this year isn’t over.

You don’t have to wait until the seemingly magical vibes of January 1st to make a change in your life or to create something new.

Start now.

It’s not too late!

  1. So many people seem to wait till 1st January, but I can’t really judge since that was me too a few years ago. I started to make positive changes on a random day in December last year and have had to “start”again a faor few times since then

    1. That’s great to hear! We really need to spread the word. I have been trying to live a more present life and this is one way I am trying to achieve this.

  2. I agree…don’t wait until January. I started trying to lose weight back at the end of the summer so I could get a head start on all of the holiday festivities. I’ll be down for the holidays and that will give me a little space to have some fun without totally ballooning up 🙂 I like setting my goals for every 3 months…much easier to track that way.

    1. Thank you for stopping by. I completely agree, it’s helps to break goals down into smaller achievable goals.
